📌At All In Luxe Cuts, every appointment is reserved with care and intention to ensure a personalized grooming experience.
Deposit Requirement
For new guests, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of scheduling to secure your appointment. Same-day appointments require the deposit at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent to your email for convenient, secure payment.
If the deposit is not received within the specified time, your appointment will be automatically released.
(This policy does not apply to guests referred through Western Wake Crisis Ministry or The Carying Place.)
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations can be made easily using the link provided in your confirmation text or email, or by calling (919) 335-3533.
Arriving 10 minutes or more late without prior communication may result in the appointment being canceled to honor the next guest’s time.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a No-Show and will no longer be able to book future services with All In Luxe Cuts.
